Shelly D | CEO of Purple Wall Street

Shelly was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She's a rapper, photographer and business owner. She fell in love with music in her youth. In elementary school, she played recorder and taught herself to play piano and read music. She wrote her first rhymes at age 10 but her focus was mainly on the music, not the lyrics....at least at that time. 

Shelly always had dreams of running a record label as the lead producer. She made beats and rhymed over them only to see if the beat was good enough to sell. Over time, she noticed she had a very unique way with words. She was easily cosigned by anyone who heard her flow. In 2014, she founded Purple Wall Street Entertainment with her partner Sliim GoodE. Shelly D's solo mixtape "Game Changer" is available on soundcloud, check it out below.
